I found a photo with my doberman after it made a huge mess
It’s always nice to see the innocent face and the “I am such a good boy” behavior after anything like this happens
I am such a good boy
Brown Doberman Photos
Some photos taken in september 2009 with my brown doberman PrezLee.
It was very nice outside, the only problem taking these photos was that the dog didn’t wanted to pose
More like running around crazy. The truth is it was a gorgeous place where we went. Perfect for running around, away from the people in the city, away from the cars and everything.
PrezLee and Gyozo meeting the baby goats
Somewhere in the spring this year (2009) 4 little baby goats were born at my parents “ranch”… Hmm… not ranch
I wish it was one, a simple village house… So the new “family” members needed to be presented to the dogs, in such a way that the dogs understand: these are not food, not pray and not to be hunted in the yard. ôle;
The name PrezLee
Prézli in hungarian means “ bread crumbs”. But Prézli would have been a to plain name for a doberman
. So I was thinking like that… the dog will be brown. Hmm Bread crumbs is kind’a brown. Not that brown as a brown doberman, but still brown. Okey but naming it simply “bread crumb” would have been nothing special. So I ended up naming the dog PrezLee.
Dunno, but this brown doberman really look like a PrezLee

Cropped ears
I know, many consider cruelty to have a dogs ears cropped. I consider everybody’s decision to have its dogs ears cropped or not. The other dog I had, had long, uncropped ears. It managed to hurt itself on an accidental dog fight, and for years we had problems with its ears. Because it were long, anytime it shake his head, the ears started to bleed. It took months to heal, and it was very painful to the dog. It doesn’t liked to be petted on its head because of this.
That was one issue I decided to crop.
The other was pure aesthetic. Blame me, but that’s the true. About 15 years ago, when I first saw a Doberman, the very first thing that made an impression was HOW IT LOOKED. That time all dobermans had cropped ears, and it really changes the look of the dog. So I decided to have its ears cropped.
I didn’t had my ears cropped, so I am just guessing here, but I am sure it doesn’t suffered as much as it looks like. The cropping was made by doctors, under general anesthesia, the dog was up and playing after 2 hours like nothing happened. I figured out, it was more unpleasant the itching while the ears were healing, but it only took about 2 weeks.

The beginnings
PrezLee the brown doberman is one and a half year old. It was born on 29 March 2009, and became a family member on 17th May 2008. To have a puppy was a hard decision to make, because we currently live in the “middle” of the city, so sometimes can be harsh and displeasing to have a dog. But after thinking a lot I’ve decided that its better to have a dog, than not to have a dog.
Having a dog its almost like having a baby. Sometimes a little worst.. Because I am not allowed here to take the bus WITH the dog, and obviously you can do that with a baby
… But this are just small issues, and luckily I have a car, so we are not even thinking to take the bus anyway. But it needs to be taken care, to have food, water, to take out for big walks, to take it to the doctor regularly, to have its shots and so on. And yea I need to come home in time, or if I want to go away for a few days, I need to find a place where I know the dog is safe. I have luck there to… because my parents live in a near village, and there I can take the dog for a few days off…
Now… dobermans are amazing dogs. I had one before, and kind’a knew what I was going to have. But PrezLee managed to amaze me on a daily basis. Its like 10x “worst” than the other dog. It had a blog from the first day of its life spent here, but that’s in Hungarian language. I thought it would be great to show the world how really special dogs dobermans are. They are not vicious, not bad, not aggressive, but loving, kind and fun dogs. They are not for anyone, that’s true, because they are amazingly powerful, but in the right hands they are something very special.
Now … my native language is not english… so please excuse the writing errors and mistakes
Hope you will have a great time with PrezLee the brown doberman and our adventures!
