They like mud so much that doesn’t  matter how cold is outside, they want in. This is how the two boys looked after they came home for a walk… Like two dirty pigs!

I didn’t took the dog with me, because I am still not sure if I want to make my doberman a show dog or he will always remain a pet… Well he is a pet, but I have no idea to take him to dog shows. Anyway its complicated :D   I like to go and watch other dogs at dog shows, but somehow it not my way of being showing around the dog and listening to experts as they say whats good, or what is bad on the dog, what is according to the standard and what not… I won’t change the dog, I can do anything, I don’t want to breed with him, so I don’t really see the point. Just to spend money? I mean common, I buy gas and go out in the woods and walk all day instead…

But as I told, I like to go and be a viewer. I saw some pretty dogs, cute ones, “ugly” ones and I am falling in love again :D I mean I am in love, continuosly, but this dog show just remind me, how cute English Bull Terriers are. I saw 2 I liked a lot, and I had the opportunity to play a little with one. OMG!  This breed will be the next dog, I just need to move from the city …

Here are some pictures from the Dog Show – Turda 24.10.2009, I have no ideas about the results or anything statistical :D The weather was perfect :D , the dogs were beautiful and I was “free”  :D My doberman is at my parents place, in a village nearby the city, in very good hands, with his Saint Bernard pall to play all day. Today I am going to go and bring him home.

So more likely the winterwalks will be short..

The other bad thing is that with his fur being so short, it can stay too log outside. So if we come to the village were he could run.. and play outside… I need to limit that to and take him back to the house from time to time…

The Saint Bernard on the other hand … likes to sleep in the RAIN. He has a place where he could go, but no… he just lays down into the mud, and rain and doesn’t even shiver :D … I am curios if he will ever use the dog house in the winter.. We don’t know yet, since its his first winter as an adult dog. Last year he was just a small puppy, and although daytime he spent a lot of time outside in the yard, he always slept  in the house.

I was all dressed up, almost ready, when I heard the door bell ringing. The unfortunate thing was, that PrezLee also heard the door bell ringing… And since I was dressing up and preparing to go away it was very agitated. It jumped up to the door, the door that has some big glasses in it and zbeng the damage was done:

Oh and it was the mail man at the door…  It was a very strange moment.. I had to check the dogs legs to see if its okey, had to open the door, and I supposed to clean all the mess… Well I yelled to the mail man to wait a little, I took the dog out in the other room, a quick check on its legs to see if its bleeding or not, not bleeding okey run and open the door.  After the mail man went away, I did checked the dog briefly, took the time to make some nice pictures and THAN clean up the mess…
